At Serene Herbs, we want you to feel as good in our apparel as you do in nature. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your unworn items in their original packaging with all Serene Herbs organic-cotton tags still attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
